Welcome back to another quick tip Wednesday.
This week's quick tip is about using the updates to the district dashboard to help you drive impact with your Alludo program.
First, we'll walk through, how to get to the dashboard and what the new features, will allow you to do.
Once you sign in to Alludo, to get to the district dashboard, you're gonna go up to analytics and then click on district dashboard at the top left.
So one new thing we have is our total engagement, which is gonna be a heat map showing learning by time across every month and then days of the month. So you can use this to see is learning taking place at the beginning of the month versus the end of the month, and also what months have more learning taking place. In parentheses is gonna be the hours. So in March, there are thirty nine hours there was thirty nine hours completed in Alludo. So far in April, thirteen hours.
We still have our six our six graphs showing completed activities, learner engagement, miss completed missions, total time, completed levels, and pending activities. And if you hover over it, you can see how many learners were engaged at each month period.
Another new graph we have is a heat map based on weekly engagement. So now you can not only see what days of the week your learners are more engaged, but also what time of the day is most of the learning taking place.
We have now a graph showing the top, or the most active schools, the top ten at your district, as well as what groups are most active if you have groups populated.
And now the three graphs are gonna be very helpful in aligning learning to your district initiatives. They're gonna be the most popular levels, most popular missions, and most popular activities. This is gonna show where your learners are gravitating towards, what activities they're doing, what missions they're focusing on, and what levels.
You can use this to compare to your district initiatives. If they're aligned, then your learners are going into the content that aligns with your district goals. If you notice that the missions and levels that are popular are not aligned with your district initiatives, now we know where we can kinda target the marketing to your teachers, and push content that is aligned to those goals.
And then the last one is cumulative hours. When I look at this, I wanna see an increase in the slope. So I can see from February to March, there was more activity, so the slope is steeper.
If you have any questions about the different graphs or want to meet to talk about how we can align learnings to your district initiatives, please reach out or book a time using the link at the bottom of my signature.
If you have any questions, I'm here to help.
